Bob Hutson, President and Founder of Symmedian Technologies, Inc. spent over 23 years in the logistics and supply chain industry as well as 6 years in the “big box” industrial real estate sector. Bob  was responsible for implementing some of the most comprehensive network strategies in North America.

It was through Bob’s unique blend of experience in the supply chain and commercial real estate fields that led to the idea of creating the most powerful web based site selection and transaction analyzer tool ever made. While leading these larger site selection strategies, Bob realized first-hand how difficult it was manually assimilating the wide variety of complex information from numerous sources and interpreting and organizing the data in meaningful ways so that customers could make well informed decisions. Furthermore, these projects were a significant drain on the client’s resources, not to mention the time it took to complete the appropriate analyses. Over the years, Bob had developed many individual models that addressed specific problems in the process, but none of them were capable of assembling this information so that the client could immediately assess the viability and total ROI of a project site by site.

Symmedian’s tools were designed with the “C” suite in mind. This allows the executive team to evaluate all of the possible alternatives objectively while intentionally driving very predictable financial results.

As data, proposals and other vital information enters the system by the various entities involved in the RFI and RFP process, data is validated and sanitized and then streamed into the system for immediate analyses.
